Apprenticeship Program

The WTC Mentor Program is designed to help entry-level technicians build confidence and skills. You’ll be paired with an experienced senior technician and work side by side, gaining hands-on knowledge and guidance. After completing the program, you’ll transition into an independent role with the tools and experience to succeed.
