Wickham Tractor Co. has an "all-new crew" behind the parts counter, according to Parts Manager Rob Bare.

According to Bare, the company has found "extraordinarily high-quality people" to serve customers, with over 100 years of combined experience in the two locations. "(We have) a lot of really talented people," he said.

Bare said the change in personnel comes as the company is trying to get back to an "old school" way of doing business that focuses on relationships. "We're in the business of making friends," he said, and that business has helped the company grow and remain competitive, even in times of a economic and agricultural struggles.

Joining Bare in Sterling are Heidi and Ken. Bare said Heidi is a recent graduate of Northeastern Junior College who has a year of experience behind the counter. Ken has over 40 years in the ag and oil field business. Bare himself brings 30 years of parts management experience.

At Wickham's Fort Morgan location, Tom has 15 years of experience in parts. Tabitha brings 11 years of parts experience. Kaleb has a year behind the parts counter, but grew up on local farms. Trevor is another farm kid with a year of experience in parts. Co-owner Brad Wickham also has 20-plus years of experience.

Bare said he wants to make sure people know, "We're here and looking forward to doing business with them."

"We pride ourselves on having the right part at the time you need it," states the company website. Wickham Tractor has recently added Polaris to its lineup of brands, which includes Case IH and Kubota, and "we'll work on anything," Bare said.

The company has an "outstanding" shop at both locations for repair services, which includes two certified master technicians for Polaris.
